- By posting a product profile here, whether whole or in part,
you agree to accept and abide by these Terms of Use.
- Posted profiles must be of product/s that are produced by you,
and/or persons employed by you or your business, and which product/s are for sales and
marketing by yourself or your business, and which product/s must
legitimately and in every sense be ‘your’ products.
- In event of a third party posting product/s profiles where such
profiles are being posted for and on behalf of another party or supplier,
packager, manufacturer, maker, or
producer, such supplier’s details must be listed first on the Submit Product questionnaire and required information
on third party posting the profile must be listed on the second half of
the information questionnaire under Third Party/Sales Agent so it is
perfectly clear who the product
owners are.
- Green Gold Organics takes no responsibility and will not be held
liable for information or claims on any product postings made by any party
and will not be held liable for any such claims posted by the profiler/s
on this site or any claims made about profiled product/s or about the
packaging or labeling of any profiled products and/or any claims that may
be featured on the product/s themselves and or the packaging or labels of
such products.
- Green Gold Organics takes no responsibility and will not be
held liable for any dispute/s arising out of any product/s profiled here,
notwithstanding whether such disputes result from pricing, packaging,
ingredients, defective manufacturing and or defective ingredients,
defective products, incorrect or misleading pricing, labeling, nutrition
facts, marketing information or for any other factors, causes or reason/s
at any time.
- Green Gold Organics reserves the right at its sole discretion
to delete, withhold, cancel and/or blacklist any product profile/s at any
time and in such events no reason/s shall be offered or correspondence
entered into.
- Notwithstanding: Notwithstanding anything written, offered or
inferred to the contrary on this website about and pertaining to any
product/s profiled Green Gold Organics holds out no promises of
compensation, orders, cash flows, profits to be made or product guarantees
or payment guarantees for products ordered and accepts no liability for
any of the aforesaid, and/or for any product profiles that may be
cancelled, deleted or withheld for whatever reason/s
- Litigation. In event of liability or litigation arising out of
any profiles on this site, product/s or product/s images and/or
text profiled by any person/s, corporations or corporate entities on
this site, or arising out of any other matter that may be directly or indirectly
related to any product/s profiled on this site and regardless of whether such profiles be current, expired or deleted
profiles or even planned future postings as the case may be, any and all costs or legal
fees that Green Gold Organics may incur arising out
of such liability or litigation shall be for the account of, and borne by, the party or parties instituting such
litigation and /or by the owners and/or profilers of the product/s concerned
and/or products manufacturer/s, owners, person/s, or profilers as the case may
be, or corporations or corporate entities and/or profiler/s of the product/s
images and/ or text and/or ingredient claim/s, and/or labeling claim/s related
to such action.
- In
the event of any legal matters, litigation and/or proceedings arising
out of any disputes pertaining to this websites and/or product
profiles, such legal matters, litigation and/or proceedings will be
addressed within the courts on Ontario, Canada.
